Shipping perfume, the right way

Ground only

USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Perfume cannot travel by air, so Priority Mail Express and overnight services are not available.

United States only

We ship to addresses in the 50 states. Carriers do not accept perfume for APO, FPO or DPO military addresses or for international delivery.

Pack it to survive the trip

Seal each bottle in a zip bag with an absorbent pad, wrap it in bubble wrap, and fill the box so nothing moves. Leaking bottles are the most common complaint on other marketplaces.

Mark the box

Add the Limited Quantity mark to the outside of the box. Do not reuse a box that carries old hazmat marks: since July 2026 USPS can charge $50 for wrong or missing hazmat markings.

Sender and return address

The prepaid label carries both the ship-from address and the return address, so you do not need to write either by hand. Buyers see both on the label, which is what carriers use if a parcel cannot be delivered.

Track it

Every order gets tracking. If a parcel shows delivered and you cannot find it, report it within 72 hours and we open a case with the carrier.
